I started Taekwondo at year 7, and I want to enter demonstration team!I passed a lot of test. Finally, I was a team member at the school. I showed my Taekwondo skills to other people and we conveyed our God's message to other people. I like to our team atmosphere, and I want to stay in the team. However, I got accident. My hamstring was teared, and I need to stop Taekwondo. In addition, my ankle is strange and broke many time while I practice Taekwondo. And when I did Taekwondo, I lost 8kg!That's unbelievable. Now I gain my weight..I will lose my weight!Anyway Taekwondo is very helpful in our routine. Taekwondo helps to : patience,courtesy,confident and etc.
